It's kind of hard
to realise the Self.
It was just a thought
that I found the place
where my thoughts
came from.

The whole world is Arunachala,
and if you do not realise it,
it is because you are not taking in the essence.

Ombaby (in tones of disbelief that mother could say something so preposterous): Of course you had Bhagavan!!!
This is Bhagavan! (pointing to mother's heart)
Bhagavan is inside you.
You can never go away from God.

I am not the body.

When you die
the part that is left
is who you really are.

It is like a diamond
covered in mud.
When the mud washes off
the diamond is left.

The diamond is the Heart.

What if you came closer
and closer
and jumped
into Bhagavan's lap
and realised the Self?

It would be total bliss!
The best grace you've ever had.
The earth, the trees, the caves,
the creatures, the flowers,
would all look like Bhagavan.

Is everything
that comes
full of love

like the tusk
broken off
the sacred elephant?
